House: House situated in the hills high above the lake "Traunsee": Nice, cosy country house, renovated in 2003, 5 km from the centre of Altmünster, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, directly by the lake, in the green. Private: garden 1000 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: bar, sauna. Billiards table, central heating, washing machine. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 2 km. Swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km, tennis 5 km, golf course 10 km, ski lift 7 km, toboggan-run 5 km. The swimming pool is a natural bathing pond (no dogs allowed!) and sunbathing meadow to the north of the property. There is also a sunbathing area to the south.The house especially lends itself for a 2-3 family holiday, as each family can have their own area. Winter: Tobogganing in the surrounding meadows or the small ski resort nearby (3 lifts in 7km). Please respect the nature reserve area in which the house is located.Interior: 9-room house 250 m2 on 3 levels, tasteful and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Open games room. Dining room with dining table and tiled stove. 1 large double bedroom, exit to the balcony south facing position. 1 room with 1 bed. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Floor heating. On the lower ground floor (steep stair): entrance hall with bar. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom. 1 double bedroom, exit to the garden south facing position. Shower, sep. WC. Top floor: 1 large room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds, 1 double bed and satellite-TV. Large balcony, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, box-room. Nice panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, sauna, cot. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The lower floor faces the south garden. The upper floor faces the north garden with bathing pool. Library with books and films. The double room on the lower floor (exit to garden) is a through room. Shower with double wash basin and 2 showers with massage shower.
