For shared use: garden, lawn sunning area, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: ski storage, central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station 9 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, tennis, golf course 5 km, riding stables 10 km, mountain lift, ski lift, ski school, cross-country ski trail 5 km. Barbecue evenings with accordion music can be organized. On request: the owner can take the guest's on hikes. There are also animals on the farm and products can be purchsed from the farm.Interior: 4-room apartment 120 m2, on the ground floor, cosy furnishings: 2 double bedrooms. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro wave) with dining corner. Shower/WC, sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Balcony. Barbecue, deck chairs. Lovely panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
