In the house: central heating. (In winter snow chains necessary). Restaurant 100 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Public bathing area 2 km, tennis 1.8 km, golf course 400 m, mountain lift, ski school 800 m, cross-country ski trail 500 m. NB: The Areit valley station is only 800 m away, however in ideal winter conditions you can ski direct from the house to the Areit run and back! Austria's most beautiful golf course with 36 holes is right in front of the door in summer. Also, the lake and the numerous other facilities of the European sport region can be easily reached. Reserved parking, garage. Either shower/WC or bath/WC. Beautiful, spacious, tastefully decorated apartment, with predominantly wooden floors. The adjacent apartments A5700/870B and A5700/871B can also be easily combined for 8 people (the inter-connecting door can be unlocked on request). NB: Pets only on request!
