House: Hollersbach: cosy farm-house "Vordermühleben", outside the resort, 3 km from the centre, in a secluded, quiet, sunny, elevated position. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: ski storage, central heating. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 500 m. Tennis, tennis club 3 km, golf course 5 km, cable cabin 4 km, ski school 3 km, toboggan-run 500 m, cross-country ski trail 3 km. The house is situated 1150 m above sea level in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The house is perfect for a cosy winter holiday - far away from the hubbub but despite that winter enjoyment is still guaranteed in the well-known ski resorts of Pass Thurn/Kitzbuehel, Wildkogel (15 km) and Gerlos! From winter 2005/06 there will be a new shuttle railway from Hollersbach into the Kitzbuehel ski resort.Interior: 5-room apartment 130 m2 on 1st floor, cosy furnishings: entrance hall with dining corner. 3 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. 1 double bedroom with hand-basin. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table, satellite-TV and radio. Bath-room, sep. WC. Balcony. Lovely view of the mountains. You occupy the whole of the first floor but it is not a separate unit. An additional bathroom/WC is on the 2nd floor where there are also 3 double rooms which can be booked on request. NB: Pets permitted only on request!
