Ski lift 50 m, cable cabin 10 km, toboggan-run 30 m. The chalet is situated in the middle of the Almgebiet, which is situated at an altitude of 1580 m above sea level, with the most beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Walking routes and sled runs from the house. Private ski lift with one's very own ski slope, approx 220 m long, right infront of the house. Only for guests (free). Snow is guaranteed in this skiing area.Interior: 5-room chalet 85 m2 on 2 levels, rustic furnishings: living/dining room 30 m2, with swedish stove and satellite-TV, exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Hip bath/WC. Upper floor: 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Bath-room, sep. WC. Small balcony. Terrace 30 m2. Lovely view of the mountains. The fridge/freezer is in the cellar. The room on the 1st floor has a partially sloping ceiling.
