Room cleaning 3 times per week. Bread roll service. Parking. Grocers 800 m, restaurant 100 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 800 m, tennis 100 m, mountain lift 800 m, toboggan-run 150 m, cross-country ski trail 100 m. The house has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains which is the Stubaital. Access with the sled to the house. Breakfast service available.All year round skiing at the Stubaier glacier,only 20 minutes away by car.Interior: 1-room apartment 40 m2, on the top floor, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed, 1 double bed, satellite-TV and radio. Kitchenette (3 hotplates) with dining table. Shower/WC. Facilities: telephone. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The apartment has slightly sloping ceilings.
