For shared use: grounds, garden, lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: store for bicycles, ski storage, central heating. Bread roll service. (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 4 km, ski bus stop, bus stop 2.7 km. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, tennis 10 km, cable car, ski lift, ski runs, ski school 20 km, cross-country ski trail 5 km, ice rink 20 km. Please note: car essential. Free of charge ski bus. You can take long walks through the woods and enjoy the fruits of the forest (good mushroom region). There is a small pond by the house where you can pass the time in a sun-lounger. Also, from mid-May there is a petting zoo and game enclosure.
