For shared use: garden 1000 m2, lawn sunning area. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 10 km, restaurant 200 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Ski lift 350 m, cable cabin 400 m, cross-country ski trail 300 m. Please note: car essential. This nice house is situated in the small, snow sure holiday resort Ochsengarten, which is in the mountains over Oetz, 1500 m over sea level. Directly from the house, you can drive with your skis to the mountain lift of the ski resort "Ochsengarten-Hochoetz", which is approx 300 m away. The nice ski resort "Kuehtai" is only 10 minutes away. Numerous foot-paths direct from the house.Interior: 5-room apartment 100 m2, on the ground floor, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 sofa beds, dining corner, satellite-TV, radio and wood burning oven. 1 double bedroom, exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, hand-basin. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Patio. Deck chairs, box-room. Nice view of the mountains. Reserved parking, covered by the house. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The apartment has it's own entrance with a large reception room.
