For shared use: garden 1000 m2, lawn sunning area. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 10 km, restaurant 200 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Ski lift 350 m, cable cabin 400 m, cross-country ski trail 300 m. Please note: car essential. This nice house is situated in the small, snow sure holiday resort Ochsengarten, which is in the mountains over Oetz, 1500 m over sea level. Directly from the house, you can drive with your skis to the mountain lift of the ski resort "Ochsengarten-Hochoetz", which is approx 300 m away. The nice ski resort "Kuehtai" is only 10 minutes away. Numerous foot-paths direct from the house.Interior: 3-room apartment 70 m2, on the upper floor, partly with sloping ceilings, rustic and cosy furnishings: entrance hall. Large living room with 1 sofa bed (120 cm), 1 double bed (1 x 140 cm), swedish stove, dining corner, satellite-TV, stereo unit and tiled stove, exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 double bed (120 cm), exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. 2 balconies. Patio. Box-room. Nice view of the mountains. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The room with a double bed is a through room.
