In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house. Covered parking (limited number of spaces) by the house. Shop, grocers, restaurant 100 m, ski bus stop 50 m. Swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, sports centre 100 m, cable cabin, toboggan-run 400 m, cross-country ski trail 50 m. Cycle tracks and hiking paths from the house.
