House: Saualpe: This comfortable holiday home is situated in the hiking paradise Saualpe, 1050 m above sea level, on the northern, very sunny side, high above the Lavant valley, in the municipality of Wolfsberg. Cosy house "Schönhart", in the district of Reisberg 10 km from the centre of St Margarethen, 15 km from the centre of St Stefan, 15 km from the centre of Wolfsberg, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, in the green, south-east facing position. Private: grounds 400 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Grocers 10 km, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 10 m. Swimming pool, tennis, golf course 15 km, mountain lift 20 km. If more than 2 pets are brought, an additional cleaning charge of EUR 40 will be levied locally. Wonderful hiking area in front of the house. Guesthouse with horse riding only 30 m away.
