House: Kirchbach: In the heart of the Gail valley, not far from the Nassfel very luxurious residence "Herrenhaus", built in 1400, renovated in 2003, in a central, sunny position. Private: grounds (fenced), garden (fenced), lawn sunning area (fenced). Private: barbecue. In the house: ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Linen change weekly. Room cleaning on request (extra). Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 300 m, ski bus stop 100 m, bus stop 200 m. Swimming pool 400 m, bathing bay 25 km, tennis 14 km, riding stables 1 km, cable car 8 km, ski lift 8 km, ski school 8 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus. You can really enjoy your holiday in this beautifully renovated and magnificently furnished house. There is a large terrace and a well maintained garden with fruit trees behind the house. Enjoy the evening barbequing in the garden or with a glass of wine on the terrace. In winter, the ski bus takes you direct from the house to Troepolach, where the Nassfeld valley stadium, one of Austria's largest and best-known ski resorts, is located. The Pressergersee lake is just 10 minutes away by car for bathing. The well-known bathing lakes of Kaernten and the "Dreilaendereck" (triangle of countries-border Austria/Italy/Slovenia) for excursions can be easily reached from Gailtal. The regionis, of course, a great starting point for hikes, bike tours and mountain-biking.Interior: 6-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels, very luxurious and stylish furnishings: entrance hall with open fireplace.
